Delivery

FREE delivery for orders above $150.

$12 delivery fee for orders $150 and below.

$30 delivery fee for orders delivering Sentosa, Jurong Island and Changi Airport.

Self pick-up option (please call atleast 2 hours before coming down to collect your items).

3-5 working days (depending on load of orders).

Delivery date and time will be updated via e-mail.

Customers may also use the chat box on the bottom right of the website to get delivery information. Do provide us with your order number when doing so.

North and East zones - Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

West and Central zones - Tuesday and Thursday.

All orders require the customer's signature upon delivery. Please physically check that you have received all the items stated on the delivery order document before signing. Signature is equivalent to confirmation that you have received all items correctly. Hence, after signature is provided, returns/refunds/exchanges will not be allowed.

If some items are delivered correctly & some are delivered wrongly in the same order, DO NOT sign the document as well.

Return/Refund policy

Within 7 days from the date of purchase, products can be exchanged provided they are in new, unused and in its original packaging. Before returning any product for exchange, whether pursuant to the DNR's warranty or otherwise, the buyer must present the original invoice / receipt of the purchase for verification. All approved returns must be handed personally by the buyer and must be in its original packaging. Returns which are not made in accordance with the foregoing will not be accepted by DNR.

For equipment wise, if customer request to collect the return or exchange item from their place, customer has to bear additional $30 returning fee.

*Please note that all the consumable products like milk, diapers, catheters, etc. are not exchangeable and refundable*

DNR reserves the right to reject the exchange request if the original packaging / item has been opened or has been used.

All purchases at DNR will be deemed final, with the buyer considered to have read the Terms and Conditions of Sales and agreeing fully with it. No refund will be given. All requests for refund would be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the exceptional event that such requests are allowed, the refund will not be in full. Certain processing fees may apply. The final amount of refund will be made according to the original mode of payment.

A QR code will be generated for you to scan and pay via PayNow when you click on HitPay.

Once you are logged in to your account, you will be led to the "My orders" page, where you will be able to view all your previous orders. You may click on "re-order" to easily place the same order again. OR Click here

Once you are logged into your account, you will be led to a page where you can find "My addresses" on the left side of the page. You will be able to edit your personal details under "My addresses". OR Click here

When you click on Login/Signup on the top right corner of the page, You will be able to see "Lost password? Recover password". Click on Recover password and you will be sent an email on instructions to reset your password.
