Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of purchase, products can be exchanged provided they are in new, unused and in its original packaging. Before returning any product for exchange, whether pursuant to the DNR's warranty or otherwise, the buyer must present the original invoice / receipt of the purchase for verification. All approved returns must be handed personally by the buyer and must be in its original packaging. Returns which are not made in accordance with the foregoing will not be accepted by DNR.
For equipment wise, if customer request to collect the return or exchange item from their place, customer has to bear additional $30 returning fee.
Please note that all the consumable products like milk, diapers, catheters, etc. are not exchangeable and refundable.
DNR reserves the right to reject the exchange request if the original packaging / item has been opened or has been used.

Refund: All purchases at DNR will be deemed final, with the buyer considered to have read the Terms and Conditions of Sales and agreeing fully with it. No refund will be given.
All requests for refund would be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the exceptional event that such requests are allowed, the refund will not be in full. Certain processing fee may apply. The final amount of refund will be made according to the original mode of payment.
