Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for orders above $200.00 otherwise a delivery charge of $10.00 will be added automatically into the shopping cart. Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your items have prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email.

If you place your order before 1500hrs (Singapore Time), your item will be scheduled for delivery on next working day.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfil the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by phone from our customer service team of the new ship and delivery times.

 

Delivery Time

Our customer service specialist will contact you one day before the delivery to give you the estimated time of delivery for the area. 

 

Store Pickup

Once you're ready to purchase, select the delivery option "Pickup" at the Checkout page, and you will receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. 

If you would like someone else to pick up items, please have your order number ready when you're at the store. 

 

Signature on delivery

All shipment required a signature upon delivery. If you will not be home to accept the delivery, please notify us via email e-commerce@dnrwheels.com or alternatively, you may call us at 6254 4070 and speak to our customer service team.
