How to Order

1. Add to Cart: Select the electric wheelchair you wish to purchase.
2. Check Out: Proceed to the checkout page.
3. Fill in Details: Provide your delivery and payment information.
4. Confirmation Email: You will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
5. Store Pick Up: Store pick up is also available. Select the "Pickup" delivery option on the Checkout page, and you will receive a notification email when your item is ready for pickup.
6. Wait for Delivery: Once your items have been prepared for shipment and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email.
   • Next Working Day Delivery: If you place your order before 3:00 pm (Singapore Time), your power wheelchair will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.
   • Delivery Contact: Our customer service specialist will contact you the day before delivery to provide the estimated delivery time for your area.
